Graduates have gone on to charge between $1,500 and $3,000 per client for life and executive work.
This diploma is built for people who want to coach at a high level — whether in their own practice, in leadership and business, or alongside an existing therapeutic or training role. It is not designed for those seeking counselling or therapy training in isolation.
Launch and grow your own private coaching practice working with clients online or face-to-face.
Most short coaching courses produce coaches who struggle the moment a client presents anything outside the textbook. The reality is that real skills take time to develop.
By integrating foundation NLP, advanced NLP, and ICF-aligned professional coaching practice, the Diploma of Professional Coaching produces graduates with the breadth and depth to handle whatever a client brings.
Grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, the diploma's Certificate in Professional Coaching provides the educational component for those pursuing the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential pathway.
Through a combination of self-paced online learning and live facilitated sessions, you'll begin practising coaching from the start, gradually strengthening your skills, confidence and ability to support meaningful growth in others.
"To me, these programs weren’t about the paper qualification or adding another title to my name; they were about learning powerful, practical techniques to help people whom I deeply care about reach their full potential.

CREDENTIALS
What stood out most was the emphasis on the quality of the coaching conversation itself. The framework provides a clear pathway that keeps sessions focused and intentional, guiding clients from reflection to insight, and from insight to meaningful action. The strategic questioning techniques are particularly powerful, helping clients clarify motivations, challenge assumptions, and find their own path forward. In my work coaching founders and leaders, I consistently draw on this questioning approach. It has shifted the way I facilitate conversations, helping clients surface their own thinking rather than directing them toward conclusions. It is a subtle shift, but a significant one.

The Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) combines coaching training with expertise in applied psychology and human development.
